Flail mower with side deflectors to ensure a proper mulching performance around the vine trees. Available with 1 side deflector (Mulchmaster S) and both sides (Mulchmaster D).
Standard equipment
– Reinforced fixed centered linkage CAT I-II.
– Mulchmaster S: right side deflector that throws mulched stuff thanks to an hydraulic driven conveyor with flow regulator.
– Mulchmaster D: deflectors on both sides with hydraulic drive doubled.
– Headstock with offset on the Mulchmaster S and centered on the D.
– Gearbox with free wheel.
– Back roller of 170 mm of diameter.
– Special tensile for belts with third pulley by bolt.
– 2 rows of special triple-crest, bolted-on, U-shaped Niubo counter knife.
– Front protection plates.
– Covers for servicing of the conveyors.
– Bolts and pto shaft.
– Minimum oil flow required 30 Ltrs/min on both models.
– Accident prevention precautions according to EC regulations.
– Note: all models are supplied with series hammers; except when specified with blades in the order.
